I’m Tyler Robinson a documentary & commercial photographer based in Westbrook, Maine — Portland is home ground. I work on-location, blend into the scene — live music, real events, brands that mean something. No staging. No sidelines. No manufactured moments.

I take a limited number of sessions each month to protect the quality of every project. If your date matters, let’s talk.

Because some moments only happen once

Testimonials

“I couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture the work environment of my business.  Tyler brought a level of expertise and professionalism that exceeded expectations. Would recommend 10/10”

Tyler is an incredible photographer. He’s dedicated to taking your vision and making it a reality. He spent weeks on the road shooting on an exhaustive schedule, and every photo captured exceeded our expectations.

I blend into the scene

I show up, I get in the room, and I document what’s real. Whether you’re headlining a stage in Portland, running an event that took six months to build, or growing a brand that means something — I’m right there in the middle of it. Camera in hand. Not in your way.

The raw energy before the first song. The moment after the last one. The stuff that happens in between that nobody thinks to photograph. That’s what I’m built for.

I work across Greater Portland and beyond with anyone who needs images that look and feel real. I’ve worked at Aura, Cross Insurance Arena, and Top of the East.

For families and individuals: you’ll have photos that actually look like your life, not a version that everyone held still for.

Not sure on the date or package yet? A $100 fully refundable hold secures your place in line while we work out the details. If we don’t reach a date or agreement — full refund, no questions asked.

The Process

  1. Connect

A 15-30 minute call — phone, FaceTime, Zoom, or in person. I want to understand your project, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit. No commitment required.

2. Lock It In

We finalize the agreement and secure your session with a 50% deposit. From there, I handle the rest.

3. Show Up

On-location, fully present. I work quietly and efficiently — in the scene without disrupting it. You won’t spend the session managing me.

4. Edit

I edit for story, not volume — so your gallery tells something, rather than burying the good shots in 400 frames.

5. Deliver

Your gallery arrives via private link — full resolution, social-ready formats, ready to print, post, or publish. On time. No chasing.

Ready to make something real?

That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. Fifteen to thirty minutes — no pressure, no commitment. We talk through your project and figure out if we’re a good match before anything gets locked in.

Dates book quickly — reach out early to secure yours — a show, an event, a brand launch — now is the time.
