Every client who books a second session automatically receives 10% off their package rate. No code needed, no application. Applied at invoice.
Referral Program — $25 per successful referral
Send someone my way and earn $25 when they book and take delivery of their gallery. Cash via Venmo or credit toward your next session — your choice. Referral must be disclosed when referred client makes contact.
Monthly Retainer — 15% off
Commit to a set number of sessions per month and lock in a 15% discount on your package rate for the term. Priority calendar access and a locked rate. Minimum term: 3 months. Available to bands, venues, event organizers, and brands.
Custom Retainer — Quoted per client
For clients with ongoing coverage needs that don’t fit a fixed monthly structure. Block of sessions negotiated upfront, scoped and priced in writing. 50% of total retainer value upfront. Contact for proposal.

FAQ - COMMON QUESTIONS

As soon as possible. Dates are not held until a signed contract and deposit are received. For events with a fixed date, earlier is always better.
Are delivery windows in calendar days or business days?
All delivery windows are business days — Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Within 30 miles of Westbrook, ME is included in all packages. 30–100 miles is $1.00/mile round trip. Beyond 100 miles requires a custom quote before booking

50% deposit at contract signing to reserve your date. Balance due on or before the session date. All deliverables are withheld until the balance is paid in full.

Venmo, cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer via Squarespace Payments.

30+ days out: full deposit refund. 7–30 days out: deposit credited toward a future booking within 6 months. Under 7 days or no-show: deposit forfeited. One free reschedule with 7+ days notice.

I reserve the right to reschedule due to weather that may damage equipment or compromise quality. Your deposit transfers to the new date with no penalty.

90 calendar days from delivery. Download and back up your images before expiration — links cannot be reactivated.

Raw files are not a standard deliverable. They may be made available by prior written agreement at an additional fee negotiated before the shoot date.

One round of revisions is included on all packages — exposure, crop, and color correction only. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of gallery delivery. Additional rounds are billed at $75/hr in 30-minute increments.

Personal — personal social media, printing, non-commercial use. Promotional — business social media, website, local advertising, event promotion. Commercial — advertising campaigns, national media, brand licensing, all commercial applications.

Every session is covered by me personally. Over a decade of experience means I know how to read a room, anticipate the moment, and deliver without needing a second body. I may bring on second shooters in the future for large-scale events.

Repeat client discount applies automatically at invoice from your second booking onward. Referral credit is paid when the referred client books and takes delivery. Retainer programs require a minimum 3-month commitment.
