FAQ - COMMON QUESTIONS

As soon as possible. Dates are not held until a signed contract and deposit are received. For events with a fixed date, earlier is always better. Standard cancellation policy may not apply on short term bookings.

Within 30 miles of Westbrook, ME is included in all packages. 30–100 miles is $1.00/mile round trip. Beyond 100 miles requires a custom quote before booking

50% deposit at contract signing to reserve your date. Balance due on or before the session date. All deliverables are withheld until the balance is paid in full.

Venmo, cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer via Squarespace Payments.

30+ days out: full deposit refund. 14 –30 days out: deposit credited toward a future booking within 6 months. Less than 14 days cancellation or no show. Deposit forfeit. Good faith reschedule attempt within 14 days before forfeit. Life and unpredictable things happen. Short term bookings under 14 days. Standard cancellation policy may not apply.

I reserve the right to reschedule due to weather that may damage equipment or compromise quality. Your deposit transfers to the new date with no penalty.

90 calendar days from delivery. Download and back up your images before expiration — links cannot be reactivated.

Raw files are not a standard deliverable.

Every session is covered by me personally. Over a decade of experience means I know how to read a room, anticipate the moment, and deliver without needing a second body. I may bring on second shooters in the future for large-scale events.
