The sooner, the better! Peak Maine dates (especially summer and fall weekends) tend to fill up fast. That said, if your event or portrait session is right around the corner, don't hesitate to ask. If our calendar is open, we’re in.

Greater Portland and Southern Maine are fully covered in our standard rates. We regularly travel across Maine, New Hampshire, and greater New England for events and shoots. Just tell us where you're located when you reach out, and we’ll outline any travel details upfront with zero hidden fees.

We keep it simple and stress-free: a retainer reserves your date on our calendar, and the remaining balance is due before your session or event. Everything is processed securely online so you don't have to worry about invoices on the day of your shoot.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers (ACH) through our secure online client portal. You’ll receive an automatic digital receipt for your records the second it’s paid.

Life happens, and we totally get it. Retainers hold your specific spot on our calendar and are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule your portrait session, we’re more than happy to move your deposit toward an open date on our calendar.

Maine weather has a mind of its own! If heavy rain or dangerous conditions roll in, we’ll move to an indoor location or shift to our backup rain date. That said, don't fear a cloudy day—overcast skies and moody coastal mist actually create incredible, dramatic portrait lighting.

Your high-resolution online gallery stays active for 90 calendar days from delivery. That gives you three full months to view, share, and download your entire collection to your personal devices. We’ll even send a quick heads-up before your link expires so you don't forget to save your favorites!

We deliver fully curated, high-resolution galleries of polished, color-graded images ready to print and post. Delivering RAW files is like serving unbaked ingredients instead of the finished meal—you’re hiring us for the signature look and expert editing from start to finish!

We curate and color-grade every single image with extreme care so your gallery arrives completely polished. Our signature look is a huge part of why clients hire us, so we don't offer custom editing tweaks or alteration requests after delivery.

Every session includes full personal usage rights. You can print, frame, post, and share your photos anywhere you like for personal use. (If a company or brand wants to use your images for commercial promotion, we just handle that with a separate commercial license.)

Every shoot is covered by me personally. With over a decade of experience behind the lens, I know how to read a room, anticipate moments as they unfold, and deliver a complete, cohesive gallery solo. For large-scale events or complex multi-location timelines, second-shooter coverage can easily be added upon request!
